Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will promptly replace the item or give you a refund within 15 days of receipt. Please see our “Returns” section for details.

Returns

To return an item within 15 days of receipt, simply indicate the reason for your return on your invoice. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or insured parcel post.

• Tea Ware and Accessories can be returned if unused and in their original packaging.
• Shipping cost will not be waived or credited unless the result was an error on our part.

Drink the Leaf considers all information about our customers personal and confidential. We do not share any of our customer information with other businesses or third parties. We never collect or store any personal data without your consent. To complete an order, our customers must share with us their name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses and credit card information. This information is used to create an account to process and ship your orders. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Drink the Leaf. At any time, you may review, update or delete your personal information online.

Sales Tax

For all Drink the Leaf purchases, sales tax will be charged where Drink the Leaf is required by law to charge tax. There is no sales tax on tea, only tea ware items. We will charge the applicable CA State sales tax only. The buyer is responsible for any other sales tax due. 

Pricing

Prices of product on this website and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Buyer shall be responsible for any tax or other governmental charge due to the sale, use or delivery of product.

If the buyer fails to pay for any products received, Drink the Leaf has the right, in addition to other remedies, to suspend or cancel further deliveries, and to proceed in any court of proper jurisdiction against buyer for all amounts due Drink the Leaf, including, but not limited to, attorney fees, costs and interest.

Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities arising out of possession or use of the products.
