An exciting tea offering. Also known as Yu-Wu, this tea is organically grown in elevation shrouded by clouds and mist creating complex flavors. The dried leaf is a forest green color, and crinkly and thin, like pine needles. The color of the tea is similar to straw or hay. With a 2 minute steep, the aroma is subdued, but the flavors are delicate, clean, and the finish is ongoing. The sweet, grassy vegetal flavor will entice you to steep another cup. For a richer, buttery cup, steep for 2.5 minutes. A great everyday tea!
