This loose leaf blend is created with various sizes (both long and short) of selected green tea leaves, grown on lush mountainous slopes. The steaming process for this blend is shorter than the other tea that we offer, Fukamushi, resulting in a green tea that is smooth and packed with rich flavors. Lovely aromas of green vegetal notes, follow through to the palate, and leaves a lingering finish. This Japanese Sencha is well balanced, and approachable. A great introduction to this popular Japanese green tea .
